I am a banking and financial services attorney with more than 30 years of experience in commercial and consumer financing. In my practice, I represent lenders and borrowers, including community banks, with loan origination, negotiation and closing and is experienced with Small Business Administration (SBA) government-secured loans and economic development financing. In my business and corporate practice, I assist clients with business formations, corporate governance and drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts. I have experience with business transactions and represents buyers and sellers on mergers and acquisitions. I also assist with commercial real estate transactions by preparing and reviewing purchase and sale agreements as well as financing and loans.I am active in the community and passionate about helping children with learning disabilities. I have served on the board of trustees for The Janus School in Mt. Joy, PA since it was founded 30 years ago. I also serve on the board of directors for Easterseals Eastern Pennsylvania, an organization that provides resources for individuals with disabilities, veterans, seniors and their families.
