Women Helping Women is an organization serving women and men who are survivors of abuse. In Hamilton County, WHW is the only 24-hour rape crisis program, the only agency that makes support available to abuse survivors throughout the entire process of need, and the only agency dedicated to providing non-shelter domestic violence services. 92% of domestic violence survivors seeking services will not go to a shelter.

The first annual Southwest Ohio WAMS (Women Amplifying Success) conference was a one-day event in Cincinnati, Ohio held on March 5, 2014. The Women Amplify Success Event was created to give back and inspire professional women at all levels. For our first annual daylong event, we brought together a diverse group the most inspiring, successful and interesting leaders and asked them to share their stories, successes and challenges. Speakers and panelists provided the attendees with strategies, tips and inspiration so they could mplify their own successes.
