I specialized in recruiting for the tax and legal fields, both for in-house positions as well as at top firms throughout Germany.As a recruiter I:- Consulted with clients about current vacancies and long-term team development- Conducted applicant pre-screening interviews- Advised professionals on career development opportunitiesBeyond my recruiting activities, I took on further responsibilities, including:- Collaborating with and supporting members of other teams- Planning & hosting of events (webinars) about professional and department development in the industry- Contributing blog posts about career development issues

I joined The Story Weavers in a temporary capacity to support the optimization of the customer experience processes and systems.My main activities included:- Review of the complete customer experience journey- Assessment of customer feedback- Optimization of the customer onboarding process- Development of customer offboarding process- Regular review of individual aspects of the customer experience journey and advisory on improvement opportunities

As a transfer pricing consultant, my main activities included:- Consulting on client’s transfer pricing strategy- Preliminary preparation of TP documentation- Development of toolsI was also involved in the preparation and execution of multiple workshops, presentations, and seminars on transfer pricing issues.

In this position, I assisted on different client projects in cooperation with different teams within the company. I collaborated with the related academic community on research. I was also involved in client communication through the preparation of bilingual client-oriented newsletters.

After successful completion of the course “Management Accounting” with Prof. Dr. Christian Ott in my second semester at the Viadrina, I was asked to teach the tutorials the following year.

As a remote intern I worked between the legal and tech teams doing research to prep the baseline for the software being developed.
