Achievements:-Be the major GSM to successfully ramp enclosure parts for shuffle 2/Nano 3 .4/ Iphone 4 & touch 5 -Lead the negotiation for most of the machines to support factory expansion from 1 to 4, increasing CNC from 300 to 2300, 6 anodizing lines, 6 painting lines & hundreds of other equipments-Improve working efficiency through rolling out pipeline automation program. Key Responsibilities:Sourcing: -Partner with US team to develop and execute sourcing strategy.-Drive new supplier’s early project involvement and mitigate the risk-Lead supply performance review and drive improvement Project & ramp Management:-Team up with engineering team (SBE & SQE) to realize industrial design into a manufacturing scale level -Drive vendors to facilitate engineering builds-Manage vendors to structure, implement ramp-up plan-Support part qualification process-Proactively resolve ramp issues Supply Chain management - Maintain relationship with existing strategic vendors - Manage existing vendors for operational excellence- Monitor supply chain risk, work on obsolete vendor phase out /backup vendor phase in planSupply Management - Fully accountable for components supply shortage - Manage E& O Cost & Negotiation -Analyze, develop, negotiate and execute pricing strategy for mechanical parts, related service and machines. -Monitor, flag and forecast and reserve any potential cost-up risk.

Syn-up with commodity manager to elaborate the new project purchasing strategy and purchasing plan. * Drive material supply for new projects. * Manage new project BOM cost, drive cost-down , monitor potential cost-up risk . * Ensure vendors to meet the project requirements in terms of schedule, install capacity, qualification status .

-Fulfill orders and track deliveries. -Review and update sales fcst. -Receive A/R timely.

Manage cooling fan new projects, supply to HP , Intel , Dell , Cisco . -Lead cross-function teams to meet deliverables in each milestone. -Quote and negotiate with customers for components and -Manage project risk.
