Main Duties:-Manage and supervise the currently running projects to ensure client satisfaction.-Direct and lead the production teams to keep the projects on track while targeting a smooth timely delivery.-Analyze and Exchange the information and updates between client, site and different team leaders.-Review and maintain the quality control for all deliverables in conformance with international codes and standards.-Build and preserve a strong relation with the local authorities and stay up to date with the latest rules and regulations.-Coordinate and meet with, authorities, consultants, contractors, suppliers and specialists to achieve the client vision for the project.-Follow up and Monitor the financial status of the project and raise the flag for any deviation from budget or possible variation order.-Check and negotiate contracts with new clients for the best interest of the company.-Understand and familiarize with the market and solidify the relation with current clients and attract new clients.

Main duties: -Establish a design coordination cell in Makkah and Manage the group of Architects, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineers and Document Controllers.-Coordinate and Handle the Communication Channels with over Thirty Seven (37) Stakeholders including but not limited to Client, Project Manager, Consultant, Contractor, Interior Designer, Hotel Operator, Technical Controller, Quantity Surveyors and Cost Consultants, Life Safety Consultant, Government Authorities and other Sub-Contractors and Certified Specialists.-Define the organizational chart of the project in terms of manpower and resources in coordination with the Management and HODs-Evaluate/ monitor the performance of the teams of the project in each department and raise red flags when the performance is not satisfactory.-Define the workflow of the project teams.-Monitor the project progress, make sure to have timely submittals and raise red flags for the Management when mile stones cannot be met or were not met.-Monitor the financial progress and prompt invoices preparation and prepare the supporting documents for the accounting department to issue the invoices in a timely manner.-Ensure that QA/QC is being done properly including technical QA and archiving of documents and letters.-Record and file possible variation claims and changes to the design and present the required documentations for filing a claim when required.-Prepare progress and financial reports to the Management on a regular basis.-Ensure Client satisfaction without compromising DEP interests.

Main duties: -Project Coordination with International Clients along with being the main representative for the Company for several projects in Paris.-Communication with the Consultant between Beirut & Cairo to solve all pending issues & answer the Client’s Requirements.-In addition to holding workshops with the Contractors to improve the drawings quality & accelerate the production rate. Along with daily coordination between various trades & disciplines. -Full Design, Calculation & Study of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems for high rise buildings in Lebanon & the Gulf Area.

Main Duties:-Full Design, Calculation and Study of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting networks for 11 Substations in Abu Dhabi Area as per ADWEA Specifications.-Identification of economic products meeting required criteria for certain projects and negotiating profitable discounts with suppliers to finalize suitable deals

Main Duties:-Full Design, Calculation & Study of HVAC and Plumbing networks for camps, stadiums, buildings and villas for International companies such as Oger Intl., Technip and Bouygues.

Main Duties:-Looking out for general tenders, preparing competitive bids and offering competitive quotations after studying the drawings, specifications and the bill of quantity, evaluating the manpower, materials, equipments, overheads and profits necessary for the project execution.-Identification of suppliers and negotiation of deals-Conducting technical discussions with consultant and clients to defend submitted technical studies-Project execution and supervision of foremen and laborers-Handing over projects to clients after testing and commissioning of all equipment and systems -Conducting periodic visits and overlooking routine maintenance during warranty periods-Establishing the processes needed for the “Quality Management System” and improving performance in accordance with ISO 9001:2000
