Responsible for the identification and selection of Candidates for training programs and mapping out training plans.Creating Trainings in Adobe LMS.Coordinating logistics for training sessions, including Accommodation arrangements.Mapping out training strategies and assist the Organization with the building of training plans and schedules for all types of training requests.Supporting trainers and facilitators in designing and developing training agendas and materials and ensure consistency of the training sessions with the organization’s objectives.Maintaining records of training activities, attendance, feedback and uploading relevant documents in software for Audit purposes.APPLICATION/TOOLS USED LMS (Learning Management system)Responsible for creating, distributing and managing courses to candidates and coordinating with them till completion.Enrolling courses to candidates tracking the delivery of courses and monitoring regarding completion of courses by the candidates and issuing certificates.Course Management:Creating courses for each candidate and monitoring the process and intimating candidates to score 75% on Completion certificates will be issued and uploaded in software for Audit Purpose.Content Delivery:In Adobe files are attached such as Audios, Videos & PPT for Reference.Assessments and Quizzes:At the end of Studying PPT, Audios and video files Quizzes and Assessments will be conducted.
