▪ Key advisory and supervisory role in developing sales and profitability of over twenty stores in the Balkan area (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia), Turkey and Bulgaria ▪ Analyzing and making diagnostic studies in order to give a quick response based on the needs and specific situations of the stores▪ Preparing an annual budget and ensuring to reach the targets in terms of business (budget, turnover and profitability) and growth development for the stores▪ Enhance the Point of Sales image, ensure that the product display is accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards. Visual Merchandising training and counseling.▪ Monitor the KPIs of the Point of Sales, both proactively and reactively in order to put in place quick actions, aimed to maintain aligned the business goals.▪ Develop the knowledge of the staff through the proper training activities. The main knowledge to develop include, but are not limited to: Products, Customers, Selling Techniques, Coordinating stores activities with other touch points of the brand. ▪ Support in aimed Marketing strategies and successful events planning▪ Analyze the sell in and sell out data detailed by collections, categories, models and product classes in order to support the clients in defining the assortments.

▪ Management of the brand "CHUT"- promotional shooting of the products- making and translation of professional catalogs- social network and e-shop updating▪ Help in everyday activities of the atelier. ( Screen printing, events organisation, assistance during workshops...)
