Project 1:Hong Leong is the largest Bank in Malaysia where we extended our implementation in Singapore and Cambodia. we enhanced our existing product using Java 8, Spring Boot, and REST API.Responsibilities:1).A Product Engineer from CBX(A product that end customers use).2). SPOC for production support to the customer. 3). Directly worked in a client location in Malaysia for 1 month to monitor production application stability and to discuss new change requests for our product (CBX).4). Fixing Showstoppers and High defects which are raised in UAT and production on the same day itself.5). Maintaining single-digit defects and delivering the fixes on or before the committed ETA.6). Managing build and promoting release to the release management team.7). Connecting with bank business users along with our BA and program team for business and functional requirement meetings.8). Single-handled connecting with bank business users regularly for production issues monitoring.Project 2:Description: Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad is one of the leading banks in Malaysia. we provided corporate banking solutions by enhancing our existing product using Java 8, Spring Boot, and REST API.Responsibilities:1). A Product Engineer from CBX(A product that end customers use).2). Directly worked with customers at a client location in Malaysia for one month as SPOC for functional and product implementation.3). Developed CRs along with our team with a 95% pass rate in UAT.4). Connecting with bank business users for new functional requirements and clarifications on our product.5). Managing build and promoting release to the release management team.
