Any idea, challenge, or environment that's fresh, interesting, and challenging (First Principles!) intrigues me, and that's exactly what pushes me to be better.Chronologically speaking, after High School, I - Dropped out of college just after the first semester. - Cleared SSB, but missed joining the NDA - Became a Computer Hardware Professional - Tried joining a BPO Job, got rejected due to my very poor communication - Became a successful Content Writer and have written numerous Articles, Copies, Press Releases, and Marketing Content - Pivoted into translation and became a very successful Translator & a published Transcriber, and have translated hundreds of shows for National Geographic (NGC & NGW), Fox Life, BBC Earth, Amazon Prime & Netflix, along with certified legal & technical translations - Found the vision, culture, and the people of ShareChat interesting, and joined as a Translation Lead (for a team of just two members) - Pivoted into Operations, and have played a key role in creating, developing, and scaling the Trust & Safety Team, with active operations in 14 languages - Got Certified (45 times, as far as my profile goes) in many areas, including, but not limited to, Scrum, Data Analytics, Google Cloud Platform, Six Sigma, Project Management (Google & PMI), and English Proficiency (C1) - Handled Live Audio Space User Acquisition, Growth & Retention Operations across 11 languages at ShareChat - Am always looking for the next interesting challenge!
