Ensure to implement a clear definition for planning, cost control and material logistics. Allocate new projects to the shop and control the work load as per shop area capacity and resources availability. Prepare, review projects schedules, “S” Curves for all projects by primavera and overall progress monitoring system.  Deciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project stage. Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management. Prepares, submit updated work program showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness. Monitor day to day work progress , prepare the weekly and monthly program and report. Participate in daily project meetings for all departments and also for discussions with the Client as required. Alarm executive management by all kind of reports to get full view about projects status time wise and cost wise. Guide and prepare for claims register for projects and support by the required documents. Supervision and support of dispatch for completed projects. Prepare Norms for resources database for estimation and budgeting department. Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
