CurrentDesign Management & OperationsOversee design projects for internal clients from concept to delivery.Create processes and systems for design operations and standards to enable seamless collaboration between the creative department and other departments.Anticipate, flag and propose solutions based on that process data to inform of potential gaps in skill, workload and direct report expertise, as well as avoid roadblocks.Manage original motion and graphic content, illustrations, 3d assets, infographics, user guides, and more.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to making project decisions regarding technical approaches, cost, scheduling, and performance.Collaborate with leadership teams to estimate the level of effort and scope for design projects and tasks.Maintain high standards of quality and ensure only the best work is delivered.Build and maintain brand identity and integrity for stakeholders.See the bigger picture w.r.t. design and delivery to maximize the value of the output.Team Management Lead and manage a team of motion and graphic designers by providing coaching, training, and feedback consistently to foster a cohesive and motivated teamHold designers accountable for owning outcomes on projects, workload, self-management, stakeholder management, learning, process development, and OKRs/KPIsOnboard and train new designersCollaborate with internal Creative Directors to align project outcomes with overall organizational goalsIdentify and resolve conflicts and issues that may arise among direct reports and team members on client and/or internal projectsConduct and deliver semi-annual performance reviews to direct reports Conduct ongoing performance discussions in 1:1s and provide oral and written feedback to direct reportsConduct regular team meetings to discuss project updates, share best practices, and address challenges and solutionsCelebrate achievements and recognize outstanding performance to boost team morale and motivation
