I’m from a farming background in rural Carmarthenshire, and therefore have prior knowledge and empathy of farming in Wales. With my experience with assignment and exam preparation at university, I have an efficient, audience-focused approach to my work and have a strong determination to see things through to completion, as well as adhering to deadlines. Also, with my previous farmwork duties I have developed important workplace skills that would be valuable such as being able to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, as well as staying calm and temperate during stressful or busy periods.I'm fluent in Welsh and English, and involved with community groups like YFC and the local choir.
