CurrentTasks include:Medical record abstractionConduct follow-up calls to enrollees receiving information packets to determine interest in participating in biorepositorySpeak with potential participants by phone to answer questions, obtain informed consent, and schedule collection of specimensDocument participant progress on checklist and file appropriate hard copy documentationSchedule phlebotomist to conduct blood/urine collections in participants’ homes or other specified locationsTroubleshoot any problems that arise with the collection appointment (i.e., rescheduling, questions from phlebotomist, tracking missing shipments)Document participant progress on checklist and file appropriate hard copy documentationCommunicate with participant about collection appointments, follow-up information, and thank you letterConduct off-site specimen collections (i.e. at conferences, disease specific meetings etc.). Onboarding potential postmortem participants Contact postmortem participants quarterly to get an update on disease progressionConduct quality assurance checks on assembled biospecimen and saliva collection kitsMonitor supply of in-house collection kits and reorder as neededVerify data from specimen collection forms
