As a Mechanical Engineer – for Shams 1 Solar Power Project – Madinat Zayed City – UAE, comprises of 100 MW MAN Turbo DK100 Steam Turbine.The scope of work is to carry out the installation and commissioning of Steam Turbine, generator and its accessories.Perform technical reviews of constructability documents, drawings, Method Statement, inspection reports, instruction manuals, Operation & Maintenance manuals, As-Built and technical data to assure compliance with the supplier’s requirement.Monitor the works on continuing basis to track the progress as per the completion schedule and take necessary action to achieve the scheduleTrouble shoot the problems faced in the field & notify Engineering for the design changes required in the field.Check & review all the technical documents produced by sub-contractors to comply with the project requirementsWitnessing & approving all the tests done in the field.Responsible for line cleaning, oil flushing & taking the system in line for start-up.And responsible for clearing all the punch list raised by the client & support to have good accessibility for maintenance to run the plant smoothly.

As a Construction Engineer – for Emirates Aluminum Emal Power Plant – Al Taweelah – UAE, comprises of 6 x 240 MW GE Frame 9FA Gas turbine and 2 x 320 MW GE Steam turbines as a 2000 MW Combined cycle Power Plant,. Scope is to construct all the piping works for the Power blockThe scope of work is to carryout the installation of turbine piping and BOP piping, includes HP/LP piping, Feed water piping, CW, DM water piping etc.And assist commissioning crew to inline the systems. -provide technical assistance to the subcontractors and crews.- Perform inspections and documentation of all piping work in progress on a continuing basis, and complete the final P&ID checks prior to turnover.- Initiate and track requisitions for field purchased material for both permanent plant and temporary piping commodities. Work with Procurement's expediting team to ensure the delivery of materials to support the project schedule.- Trouble-shoot engineering design and resolve issues with engineering- Work within TEAM Works to verify accurate data from engineering and suppliers.- Responsible for the development of hydrotest packages and responsible for verifying and witnessing hydrotest acceptance.- Work closely with other discipline field engineers and coordinate efforts and activities to meet the project requirements.- Facilitate the resolution of field installation problems.- Support commissioning team for all the commissioning activities & ensure all the checks prior to startup.- Support for line flushing, air blowing, steam blowing and restoration

As a Mechanical Engineer - Barka Ph II Combined cycle Power and Desalination project – Oman, this comprises 3 x 137.75 MW Ansaldo V94.2 Gas turbine, 2 x 161MW Siemens Steam turbines as a 734.5 MW combined cycle power and 26.4 MIGD Reverse Osmosis Desalination Plant.The scope of work was to carryout the erection & commissioning activities for Gas turbine and its accessories as per Ansaldo’s method statements.- Involved in GT installation and alignment, Combustion Chamber installation, Intermediate shaft installation and alignment, Generator installation and alignment, BOP skids installation and its piping, Air Intake installation and recording Inspection Test Plans- Involved in all commissioning activities of Gas Turbines up to Reliability run & Performance Tests, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting like removing the flame tube from the combustion chamber and modify the tile holder’s arrangements by CNC machine.- And during entire plant involved from steam blowing to Reliability run of entire power plant.- Also involved in DCS operation for the entire power plant during commercial operation and also during entire plant load test.- Selected two times as a Best Employee during installation and during commissioning.

As a Commissioning Engineer - Mechanical for Sohar Combined cycle Power and Desalination project – Oman, this comprises of 3 x 137.5 MW Siemens V94.2 Gas turbine and 220MW Alstom Steam turbine as a 632 MW combined cycle power and 33 MIGD Muti Stage Flashing Desalination plant.The scope of work was to carryout the commissioning activity for Gas turbine’s Fuel gas system; lube oil system, Hydraulic system, Air intake system, Fuel oil system and commissioning gas turbine as per Siemens for early power. - DCS operation for Gas turbine and entire plant. - Commissioning of plant BOP systems like Boiler Feed water system, Condensate system and HRSG commissioning activity from steam blowing, up to steam production for Steam turbine operation.
