Intern - Embuzz Technologies,My internship at Embuzz Technologies was a transformative and insightful experience that significantly contributed to my growth as a software engineer. I had the opportunity to delve into the world of embedded systems, specifically focusing on embedded C programming for AVR microcontrollers, with a highlight being the creation of a project using AVR ATmega16.During this time, I actively participated in the development of a project utilizing AVR ATmega16, demonstrating its practical applications. This project not only refined my embedded C programming skills but also provided hands-on experience in working with the intricacies of the AVR architecture.The importance of aligning software development with the specific features of hardware became evident as we tailored our code to optimize the performance of the AVR ATmega16 microcontroller. This practical exposure significantly enhanced my understanding of the critical relationship between hardware and software.Throughout the project, my mentor and seniors at Embuzz provided invaluable guidance, acting as real-time mentors. They shared their wealth of knowledge and expertise in embedded systems, fostering an environment that encouraged continuous learning.The projects I undertook involved real-world applications, challenging me to think critically and problem-solve in real-time. My apprenticeship at L&T Electrical and Automation was a transformative journey, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world corporate dynamics. Transitioning from campus life to the intricacies of the corporate world, I found myself immersed in the dynamic field of low voltage switchboards.In this immersive environment, I gained invaluable insights into corporate life, cultivating professionalism, teamwork, and adept problem-solving skills. My focus on the low voltage switchboards department allowed me to identify and resolve complex issues, fostering a deep understanding of the critical systems involved.Beyond technical responsibilities, my role extended to various areas, including Microsoft Office proficiency, relay programming in L&T relays, and active participation in the spares and TI department. This multifaceted exposure provided a holistic view of operations, from hands-on tasks to administrative functions.Handling multiple spare parts for low voltage switchboards, my meticulous work ensured the quality and accuracy of each component. Engaging with customers during inspections, I effectively communicated product details, showcasing the meticulous handling of spare parts and instilling confidence in our processes.A significant highlight of my apprenticeship was learning SAP ERP under the mentorship of seasoned professionals. This experience not only expanded my technological skill set but also deepened my understanding of efficient business processes.I made a substantial contribution to the hardware section by conducting a thorough audit, identifying and solving a critical problem. This experience went beyond technical problem-solving.Overall, my apprenticeship at L&T Electrical and Automation was a rich learning experience, seamlessly blending technical proficiency with corporate acumen. Exposure to various facets of the industry, from hands-on tasks to management functions, has been instrumental in shaping my career trajectory.
