* Accountable for providing application support for CCTV and ACS workgroup. Deftly handling total network management including setup, installation, application configuration & regular maintenance managing of windows server 2000/ 2003.* Programming the Alerts as per the Client Requirement to ACS device,i.e. Door force, door held etc.,* Providing technical support to Servers for Workstation and Field level.* Efficiently look for Identifying the network, systems, recourses related problem and solve it by evaluating & recommending suitable software applications/tools*Coordinating with helpdesk for various reported issues. Exchange Server 2003 administration including Virtual servers, Recipients Management, Public folders, policies, SMTP Filtering & Relay , * Maintenance of SQL server and monitoring logs for any system abnormalities.* Implementing advanced methods/technologies for increasing productivity and improving service workflow & also to provide accurate solutions to clients for maintaining long term loyalty.
