I am very excited to announce the establishment of Endpoint Partners, a legal recruiting firm and an award-winning legal recruiting practice that was created by me to offer guidance, consultation and nuanced counsel to lawyers and law firms that value the creation of long-term and meaningful relationships.I am a highly accomplished and sophisticated legal recruiting executive who provides a bespoke service to both lawyers and law firms, with a primary focus of enhancing the profitability of their practice by creating synergies of legal talent that successfully integrate into the firm’s platforms. My experience allows me to find the lawyer who will provide the skills and client base well suited to the firm’s next stage of elevation, taking a lawyer whose talents and potential have outgrown what their current firm can offer them, and connecting them to a firm that aligns with that lawyer’s values.
