-Conduct market analysis in support of Corporate and Supply Chain-Utilize advanced Excel skills to develop tools for HRBPs to support promotions, requisitions, adjustments, equity analysis, and geographic differentials.-Develop dashboards and reporting for executive leadership-Maintain compliance with minimum wage regulations by monitoring updates through ERI and collaborating with Payroll and Finance on applicable changes-Manage salary survey process ensuring on time completion and a thorough analysis of results-Manage annual incentive program for non-exempt and professional level employees. Engage business leaders in determining metrics and facilitate payout.-Assist with year end merit and bonus cycles as an administrator and auditor.-Implemented Compensation Tool, resulting in improved market pricing and analysis-Created a new job architecture, engaging with business leaders to determine appropriate functions and families.-Releveled over 2,000 employees through consultation with leaders and HRBPs.
