And I was disconnected from myself and my body, until I learned to 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱, 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆.🚩 I struggled in my relationships, until I 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 them.
