I have 25 years of experience on IT industry, always with mission critical customers' environment.I've started as a technical support being promoted to leadership position at Outsourcing Operation´s team during 3years.When I finished my college on Computers' Science, I decided to practice technical knowledge. I became a storage specialist, responsible for all configurations, working at customers' office.In 2010, I shifted to a management position, escalating support issues, leading account teams on recommending best practices, helping customer to manage and obtain the maximum of theirequipments and applications.Now I´m willing to share my experience on delivering services, helping people ondeveloping their own careers and also deep my knowledge about Cloud Computing. This is the reason I am working at AWS and happy to learn and at the same time share my experience with the team, customer and community.
