My job duties were mainly sales and customer service related. They included booking reservations, customizing cruise packages for groups, checking in guests, assisting with décor and decorations, marketing and networking. I enjoyed my time at Hornblower immensely. It was my first experience with “Corporate America” and I learned and grew as a person and a professional because of it.

I made my Broadway debut as part of the original cast of the show FELA! In the show, I played the role of one of the main character’s wives and understudied the role of the main female character. I also had the honor of performing abroad with the show. Winning several Tony Awards will always be one of my most cherished memories.

While I was initially hired as a dance teacher, I later became an Interim Supervisor. My duties were clerical in nature and included managing various children’s programs, arranging schedules and reporting directly Chairman.

I began by performing as one of the main characters in the Off Broadway production of “Dreamgirls”. Towards the end of my time here, I also starred in a one woman show called “A Role Once Played” by Shange Matilda.

I designed modern day evening wear for the cast of this Off Broadway Production.
