Ambry Genetics is a genetic testing laboratory that provides clinical diagnostic services for genetic conditions. Our scope of clients encompasses national and global research projects with some of the world's most respected academic institutions and small to large pharmaceutical companies.As an Account Coordinator, I grow and maintain client base revenues by presenting new test information, establish positive long-term client relations, educate and train clients, research problems, and coordinate solutions between the laboratory and client. Call points include but are not limited to Oncologists, Breast Surgeons, Ob Gyns, Dermatologists, Urologists, and General Surgeons. I work closely with the Senior Regional Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and our Regional Genetic Specialist to identify concerns and assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies as well as with internal field support, product managers, and strategic marketing managers to add value to clients. I maintain knowledge of competitors and their presence in Northern California, monitor, evaluate, and report level of client satisfaction, and recommend appropriate corrective action as required.
