• Design & Development of Wiring harnessfor Commercial Airplane.• Working knowledge of DMU clash checking & clearance analysis.• Knowledge on electrical schematics design (Selection of wire, Bundle diameter calculation, Selection of connector, wire gauge).• Creation and release New part number in ENOVIA.• Documentation process DMU – Checklist.• Knowledge of product life cycle management and capability for usage of tools like ENOVIA.• Worked on assembly notes such as SMOO’s, Splices, OAS, Flag markers, Sleeves, Split rings, Pressure seal and Unpressure seal, Vapour seal, Dual grounding and Dual stacking as per the logical data and WHI.• Routing and Modification of extracted bundles with the tolerance of ± 0.25 inches as per the Boeing std.• Generating and checking reports as per the extraction validation check list with FTQ andOTD.• Understanding of Aircraft systems and Equipment’s.
