• I lead the design team within product serving both B2B and B2C markets. I am responsible for developing user-centered and data-driven design processes which includes integrating research, fostering a research-oriented culture, and implementing design strategies. I also contribute to building high-performing teams, coordinating resources, and providing hands-on support to designers.

• As a Senior Designer, I was responsible for overseeing the development of imiconnect, which was later rebranded as Webex Connect, an enterprise-level communication platform. My main focus was to lead the design and implementation of a cohesive vision and strategy for user experience throughout the platform while ensuring alignment with Cisco's Momentum Design System.

• As the UX lead for EFI's largest Packaging ERP Solution, EFI Radius, I oversaw the complete redesign of the user experience and user interface. From user research to implementation, I drove all aspects of the UX efforts, working closely with executive stakeholders, product managers, marketing, and sales teams to understand requirements and challenges and translate insights into tangible design recommendations.• In collaboration with product owners, product managers, and engineers, I gathered and evaluated user requirements to create wireframes, mock-ups, interactive prototypes, and visual designs. Additionally, I actively contributed to EFI's Design System, DOT.

• As the testing lead for multiple EFI Fiery products including Fiery Cretaprint, Fiery XF, and Fiery CWS, I was responsible for overseeing complete testing efforts. My focus was on functional, performance, stability, and user experience testing.• Collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders and product managers, I developed test strategies and test plans. My responsibilities included requirement analysis, designing test cases, executing test cases, and finding, logging, and tracking defects.

• As a core member of Paadhai, a Chennai-based creative group, I am proud to be a part of a team that expresses emotions through various art forms, from writing novels to composing music to making videos. Our goal is to provide a complete entertainment experience that resonates with people's hearts.• One of our groundbreaking projects was publishing India's first musical novel in Tamil, which combined music and songs with the story in the book, providing a unique and immersive reading experience.
