My personal mental health journey and advocacy for others who struggle has inspired me to work in this volunteer position as Board Secretary of a foundation that has meant a lot to me. DMAX Foundation is creating clubs on college campuses, enabling young adults to hold "Conversations that Matter" with fellow students who are navigating their own mental health journeys. I am spending my second year in the Bridges Rotational Talent Development Program at J&J in the Business Process Optimization group. Here, I am learning and applying Continuous Improvement methodologies to enhance clinical trial operations at J&J. I am excited to be working on a few projects that support Global Medical Safety - an area of great interest for many years!

Developing Target Engagement assays to measure free and total target in multiple biological matrices.

I was honored to be accepted into J&Js Bridges Rotational Talent Development Program, where I spent a year in the Master Data Management Group. Here, I co-led the cross-sector J&J Data Governance Committee; engaging with system business owners to facilitate data governance across systems, enterprises and functional areas relevant to clinical trials and operations. My love of systems enabled me to lead an initiative to deliver a Data Quality Framework to generate end-user data entry compliance. The result is the creation of better analytics and enhancement of the overall performance of clinical trial operations at J&J.

Develop Pharmacodynamic (PD) assays on the MSD platform to measure biomarker levels in clinical samples. - Perform assay validation/qualification - Perform bioanalysis of clinical samples by GLP standardsConduct IP-Westerns of PBMC and tumor lysates to determine endogenous protein expression and compound efficacy.Assay development on multiple platforms, including ELISA, MSD, and Luminex (Bio-Plex).PBMC isolation.

Serve as customer service agent to fitness center members and potential members. Conduct facility orientations, manage member enrollments and cancellations, instruct Spinning classes, and maintain cleanliness and order of the fitness center.
