Performs Preventive Maintenance of Multitest 9510/8589 & 8704i. Performs Calibration of Multitest 9510/8589 & 8704i. Repair and troubleshoot major breakdown of Multitest 9510/8589 & 8704i. Generate PM & CAL schedules and release to manufacturing. Generate and revise Preventive Maintenance & Calibration Specs. Support production set-up verification and evaluation of low yield lots on OSC50 /MT8704i and AETRIUM /OSC50. Repair and troubleshoot major breakdown of OSC50 tester and AETRIUM handler. Perform test software and hardware (board level) debugging on OSC50 testers and VERSATEST testers. Recondition of AETRIUM 5050DTS handler. Generate reports and documentation of machines (PM and Calibration) Follow up the inventory of spare parts needed for the handlers and testers to prevent downtime due to spares availability. Execute cost reduction activities by doing Board Repair on OSC50 and Versatest testers. Perform Qualification on New and transfer Equipment such as Versatest tester to be use by Manufacturing. Performs Planned Maintenance and Calibration services in OSC50 and VERSATEST testers.
