Founder of The Wicklow Escape - A beautiful Bluebook mountain lodge with an award dining experience, hosting intimate weddings, corporate retreats and gatherings. Founder of The elbowroom a well-being centre, Leapfrog Training - yoga training courses, The Diverse Minds Academy with childcare and neuroaffirmative services, and a smorgasbord of other initiatives. Passionate about delivering health and happiness, my prime focus is to deliver true work-life balance.Having worked in tech since 1991, I took the leap of faith and left the corporate world behind and opened The elbowroom in 2003 and The Wicklow Escape in 2016. I currently dedicate my time to empowering my fantastic team of managers and facilitating them to work in a truly fulfilling environment. Our Wicklow mountain lodge is a secluded venue nestled in the Glen of Imaal where we offer luxury accommodation and a host of facilities and activities. We specialise corporate team building, resilience training, company celebration and product launches. We also offer alternative intimate weddings, parties or family get-togethers. In Dublin, our Manor Picture House offers a comprehensive schedule of classes, workshops, events and services. We have a multidisciplinary clinic with experienced practitioners offering physiotherapy, psychotherapy, physical therapy, osteopathy, acupuncture, massage and more.In July 2013 we launched and The Diverse Minds Acadamy our centre for children including those with additional needs through Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language therapy and other integrated services. And in 2016 childcare services for preschool and afterschool.My legal career is focused around supporting families in perinatal medical negligence and Family law with a speciality for those escaping abusive and coercive relationships. My clients are based around Dublin with the odd stretch out to nearby counties.
