Curiosity and insatiable desire to learn has led to Elbrie working in several different industries and in varying roles - mostly enjoying the freedom of choosing her own destiny by running her own small businesses. In pursuit of multiple interests, being a multipotentialite (thanks to Emilie Wapnick's book "How to be Everything") Elbrie is highly adaptable and easily takes on new challenges.Most recently, Elbrie worked at Etch, a mid-size consultative agency, on their Scaling Up program to help the business set 3HAG goals and develop business rhythms for growth. She was a key part of a highly effective commercial team driving innovation, automation and improvement in every part of the business management function, including HR, contract management, finance, operations, marketing and sales.She's also the author of micro:bit in Wonderland, a coding and craft beginners project book for the BBC micro:bit, as well as a series of Computing and Scratch Jr Coding books for 4-7-year-olds. She wrote for the award-winning Tech Age Kids blog for 4 years whilst learning about coding and creative technology products and skills for children and teens. Elbrie enjoys helping people reach their potential and encourage them to continuously learn to make the world a better place.
