As the Creative Director of UBC Exposure, I oversee the visual storytelling that defines our events, collaborating with UBC clubs, faculty, and the UBC GRSJ (Gender, Race, Sexuality, and Social Justice) department. My role centers on crafting visuals that amplify our mission of uniting art and activism. At the heart of our efforts is Wonderland, an annual event that blends exhibitions, performances, poetry readings, and more—creating a space for advocacy and celebrating the intersections of activism, arts, drag, queer culture, and human rights.Throughout the year, I also lead the creative direction for drag events and parties, building inclusive spaces for creative expression and community connection. I believe that design has the power to transform perspectives, challenge norms, and elevate marginalized voices. My work thrives at the intersection of creativity and social justice, and I am dedicated to using art as a medium for change.With a background in interdisciplinary humanities, particularly sociology and human rights, I’m constantly exploring how art can shape dialogues and drive impact.
