Guiding the work of technical teams. Articulate project goals and scope, translate business needs into technical terms, prepare detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and instilled shared accountability for achieving project milestones.• Ensure that effective project control, IT security, risk management and testing processes are maintained. • Monitor and control resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget. • Responsible for the definition, documentation and successful completion of projects. • Liaise with customers to create business cases, consider training requirements, define acceptance criteria and identify benefits and risks• Create and implement project work plans, including scope and migration• Manage the P&L associated with each project to show budget, forecast and actual profitability • Ensure that customer instigated changes are properly captured, approved and funded. Maintain a change control log with records and impact assessments of all changes that have been introduced during the project life-cycle• Attend/Chair regular project reviews with customers and project team members, reporting regularly on project progress to both customers and line management.
