Developed Activities: - Team leader of credit projects, working on credit card products and systems, retail banking, vehicles and financier; - Identification of opportunities for improvement in processes and proposal for error correction. Success Cases: - Implementation of new credit models and policies (Basel II), increasing the Pre-Approved concession by R$ 133 Bi; - Implementation of the new account opening platform (NOVA PAC), reducing time to open by 60% (Winning project in the efficiency category of the Walther Moreira Salles 2013 award).

Team leader by migration of the Unibanco credit and colleciont plataform to new credit and colletion Itau-unibanco plataform.

Activities Developed: - Management of credit and collection projects for credit card and financial companies (Unicard, Fininvest, Hipercard and Pontocred); - Intermediation between business areas and support areas (IT, Infrastructure, etc.). Success Cases: - 95% reduction in data communication costs between bank and external suppliers; - Automation of the entry of new Call Center suppliers; - Increase in credit recovery revenue by 15% with the new model for applying discounts by customer profile.
