Reporting to the President of Messer Gases Brazil and functionally to CIO Americas delivering: • $ 1M of savings by managing all activities and projects related to Information Services (IS) based on methodology "Stop, Start, Continue" and licenses negotiation.• People retention based on re-structuring, and people motivation avoiding $ 500K in hiring process and risks.• Proposed, approved and implemented IT Strategy aligned with Business Strategy for Americas and deploying via OKR´s methodology (measure what matters).• Implemented a new IT organization design and succession plan focusing on process, architecture, and deliverables.

Reported to the CIO Americas and accountable for Information Technology and Service with a team of 60 people, managing an annual budget of $10M Capex and $20M Opex.• Led IT carve-out in South America, allowing Linde’s $28B recent merger with Praxair group.• Eliminated $2M in cost through optimization of organization, process redesign, and vendor negotiation (consultants, network, and data center) without business disruption and keeping service level agreements.• Redesigned and implemented IT Strategy by partnering with business and deploying via balanced scorecard.• Accelerated measurable improvements in business and IT process by building a high-performance organization in IT Service Management function aligned with business culture, digital maturity and operational excellence.• Deployed global solutions according to local business requirements by defining and managing IT investments and costs based on infrastructure and application architecture strategy through agile framework.• Implemented Cybersecurity model based on governance, organization, processes, and controls, protecting and preventing business impact from data loss and increasing end-user awareness.

Responsible for Information Technology in Latin America and a team of 10 people, managing an annual budget of $3M Capex and $4M Opex approved with Global Board and TDR Capital as main private equity investor.• Maximized business output while consolidating the 5 acquired companies in Brazil (17 branches and 5 different brands – Eurobras, Dynaplan, Planeta, Pevidi, and AMD) through One IT platform for CRM and ERP.• Positioned business for IPO by integrating all companies into the Algeco Scotsman environment, including network, infrastructure, e-mail, telecom, and Global Applications.

Accountable for Information Technology in Latin America and a team of 40 people, managing an annual budget of $12M (Capex and Opex).• Led Information Technology in Latin America, guaranteeing that all services, solutions, and support were provided, enabling business growth based on budget and targets agreed.• Achieved $3M of cost reduction by implementing IT-Shared Services Center in partnership with the Global IT team. Defined and simplified processes and governance, including Infrastructure (Data Center, Desktop, Printers, Network, and Telecom), applications (SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, etc.), as well as Data Management.• Implemented SAP platform in Brazil over an 11-month period, involving the following modules: ERP, CRM, BW, APO, EAI, SPED, and NF-e, comprising 5 business units in different regions, 3 legal entities, 7 fiscal entities, 12 distinct operations, 9 satellite systems, and more than 500 users.
