As Assistant Director, I supported the coordination and facilitation of the residential programming for 600 campers/60 staff. Appointed in December 2017, I took additional responsibility for management of the scheduling and events team. In 2019 I took over the day program which allows campers under 25 access to our programming, often funded by local school districts with educational targets integrated into the experience.
