With nearly 8 years of experience in the real estate market, including roles in lettings, luxury lettings, sales, new homes, luxury developments, and property management, I have built a well-rounded skill set and a deep passion for the industry. My career began in London, where I worked my way up through various roles at companies like Homefinders, VN Estate Ltd, Foxtons, and Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH), gaining valuable insights into all aspects of the property market.Fulfilling my dream of entering luxury sales, I joined Berkeley Group as a Sales Consultant at their award-winning South Quay Plaza development. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, that opportunity came to an end when the site closed. I then moved on to a senior role at another prestigious development, Here East and Sweetwater, built by Balfour Beatty and Places for People.In 2022, I founded Holimpia, initially named Dagent East, with a clear vision: to create an ethical agency that prioritizes the needs of both landlords and tenants, while also providing myself with the freedom to enjoy a balanced lifestyle. Since its inception, Holimpia has managed over 100 properties and let many more. My aim is to work intensely for about 8 months each year, leaving ample time for travel, slow mornings, and quality moments with family and friends.My motivation isn't driven by the desire to accumulate wealth, but rather to enjoy life on my own terms—focusing on experiences and relationships. To make this vision a reality, I've integrated some of the best property technologies into Holimpia's operations, including Inventory Hive, Goodlord, Vouch, PayProp, Alto, Property File, Fixflo, and more. These tools enable us to deliver a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants, allowing us to focus on what truly matters: exceptional service and personal connections.My career is a testament to my dedication, resilience, and unwavering passion for the property industry.
