My responsibilities are to handle all order from our warehouse to South America, Mexico, Central America.

Sales of Pneumatic and Hydraulic Tools. I translate most company literature to Spanish for our customers in South America, Central America and Mexico, as well as help our customers there with their sales orders.

Prepare all claims from customers; process them in a timely manner permitted by law. Investigate all claims for their validity and deny or approve claims, while always maintaining the companies’ best interest. Maintain all in and outbound over, damaged, and shortage shipments. Verified when shipments cleared customs and trace their whereabouts kept the department’s records, updated and easily accessible to all company employees. I provided weekly and monthly reports to upper management. Started as a customer service representative, later then promoted to claims manager. I dispatched over 25 local drivers as well as maintained all driver logs, pick-ups and deliveries

*Call center environment, received inbound calls from patients of the medical center looking for appointments, prescription refills, rescheduling appointments. Also answer any questions patient’s have concerning their insurance coverage. I provided prompt and professional, customer service to insure all callers that they were of the most importance to me, as well as the company’s.
