My responsibilities on the project was:• Conceptualize detailed project drawings and project execution plans after thorough discussion with client, selection of sites, project evaluation in terms of outlays and profits attached.• Establish time span of project execution as per client specifics. Evaluate Designs; coordinate with Consultants and Sub Contractors for changes in the same. Providing progress reports,monitor project status, cost and time reconciliation. Checking the shop drawings provided by Subcontractors• Preparation to Testing and Commissioning process, Material Test methods, Amusements Ride’s mechanical and construction method statements checking and approving .• Direct connection to selected Contractors / Sub-Contractors, forward enquiries, collect and compare quotes, negotiations and award contracts.• Complete pre-tender obligations like submitting pre-qualifications, study of contractual conditions, project cost analysis including considering cost impact of techno commercial conditions.• Preparation and handing over to client processing.

By the invitation of the owners of the company "Stroymehanizatsiya-31" began to work as General Director to pull the company out of a crisis state and establish work with maximum efficiency. After the audit, I completed the tasks:1. Completion and delivery of the executive and contract documentation to the company's clients and resolution of conflict situations in the arbitration court of Moscow. Of the four trials, one was won in favour of the company and the remaining three were resolved by concluding a peace agreement.2. Solving problems with the Moscow Tax Office. During of work with the tax inspection, a fine of 10 million rubbles obtained by the company because of the works of the previous administration was transferred to a fine of 3 million rubbles. Restructured bookkeeping. the number of employees was optimized.3. Conclusion of new contracts for the provision of services. Three long-term contracts and six short-term contracts were concluded.After the completion of the diversification and restructuring of the company by mutual agreement, the cases were transferred to the new General Director.

Responsible from a clients for the construction of Russia's first theme park worth a total of EUR 120 million. Participation in the development of project documentation on the basis of the proposed concept. Company involved in production and installation of the roof steel structure of the Rugby Stadium in Dublin. Over 12 000 units was shipped and land delivered from Italy and other European countries.Providing logistic services for Italian Subcontractor involved in erection of roof structure of the stadium. Control and Coordination of Delivery and assembly of 7500 tons of steel structure of the roof of entire stadium.In conjunction with shipments and land deliveries plans, providing a total weekly schedule for delivery on site accordingly works speed and requirements. Accepting and facilitating the loads arriving on site. 6 shipments and over 200 trailers received from Italy and Europe.Liaising with main contractor, construction managers, transfer site management and tunnel/portal interface personnel in order to build relationships resulting in a sound understanding of each other’s requirements. Monitoring and recording with fallowing reports to the insurance company from shipments received in Dublin Port and by roads.Submitting and receiving permits from local authorities for collection and delivering of abnormal loads. Dealing with transporting company and supervising Organizing load’s safe procession throughout the Dublin City to the Site. Responsible for implementing of logistic plans provided and agreed at weekly logistic meeting with all present subcontractors involved on first phase of building of 55000 Rugby Stadium in Dublin City (Ireland). Collecting, analyzing all site deliveries with providing a list for access with time and storing (laydown) areas.Understanding the anticipated volume and frequency of vehicle movements into and out of the site.Providing and monitoring the system of vehicle control and a delivery booking system to the traffic control manager. Police the agreed movements schedule and compliment the process for reporting, eviations/amendments, taking corrective action where necessary.
