- Prepared, reviewed, & managed the filings of U.S. Federal, State, and Local tax forms for closely held corporations, flow through entities, and high net worth individuals.- Assembled and processed tax workpapers through client and third-party information requests.- Proficient in GoSystem, OneSource, and SuperForms.

- Provide corporate English training, translation services, native teacher recruitment, VIP classes- Major clients: AliBaba Group, ICB Bank, Zhejiang Construction Group, Aerohive, and ABC360.- Established “Rice English” a children’s English training center franchise in Aug. 2014. Profitable by Q1 2015 with two franchise locations opening in 2016. - Personal responsibilities: Manage over 20 teachers, provide teacher training, perform demo classes for potential clients, simplify business English for translation, teacher recruitment - Company revenue approx 50k during tenure.
