As the Senior Project Officer, Safety and Surveillance I supported projects intended to increase availability of timely, high quality patient experience and outcomes performance information to support public reporting, oversight and clinical improvement. In this role, I supported and managed the Victorian Health Incident Management System (VHIMS) reforms program of work.
