o Create and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and copywriting frameworks.o Be on zoom meetings with clients and partners in order to timestamp key points, jot down action plans, and update Meander Digital’s project management platform with necessary tasks.o Assemble ad copy and ad creatives into ad mockups and submit them to the client for approval/revision.o Set up ad campaigns within ad accounts.o Set up marketing funnel automations.o Archive zoom calls on the company’s server and youtube, and at times sending out the recordings with minutes to partners, clients and/or team members.o Present all designs / outputs to the team or client for evaluation and revision via email: screenshots of ads, sales-letters, funnel mockups to clients.o Coordinating with writer and designer to revise ad mockups for clients and sending it for approval.o Secure all projects, templates, and raw/finalised media files.
