I have been a learning and development professional, facilitator and coach for 32 years, working nationally and internationally. During this time, I have held management roles in L&D functions in the private sector, local government and the third sector. I have proven success in managing learning programmes from needs analysis to evaluation, including a blend of approaches and solutions, and have taken lead roles in IIP, e-learning and apprenticeships. I am passionate about creating, managing and delivering high quality learning programmes in an environment with a range of partners, including politicians, while helping organisations achieve their goals and KPIs. The unique characteristic I bring to my work is my experience of doing all this in different sectors with equal success.I’ve always been driven by the desire to help people achieve their learning goals, love their learning experiences, and through this, reach their full potential. As a coach and mentor I am also highly respected for my ability to provide focus and direction, enabling people to solve difficult problems and dramatically increase their effectiveness.
