My practice focuses on issues regarding Long Term Care for the elderly and persons with special needs. I was the first attorney in Miami-Dade County, Florida, to be designated a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, the sole national certifying organization for Elder Law Attorneys approved by the American Bar Association. I am Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Elder Law and Wills, Trusts and Estates Law. I am the only attorney in Florida to hold all three certifications.I hold a Master of Laws degree from New York University Law School. I am past president of the Estate Planning Council of Greater Miami and I am past chair of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar.
