Monitors the quality of service provided by department personnel to ensure compliance. Oversees the quality improvement case review process and data management. Oversees remedial training as needed. Evaluates the need for, creates necessary training materials, and provides continuing education. Conducts CPR initial certification and re-certification of department employees. Conducts training needs assessment and analysis, generate monthly reports, and assist in developing the training program budget.
