My team is made up of 22 trading specialists and data analysts located across Manchester, Leeds & Edinburgh, who collectively oversee the delivery of programmatic media buying on behalf of our clients, both directly within demand side platforms and with selected partners on a managed service basis.My primary role is to oversee the continued development of the Amnet brand within the business, both in terms of personnel and process, as programmatic expertise grows increasingly central to our objective to be a 100% digital economy business by 2020. I am responsible for liaising with technology, media and data businesses across the industry spectrum to understand what they can offer to our clients and find ways to improve our own proposition accordingly. I was also involved in proactively seeking and developing new revenue streams that would allow us to continue to provide digital expertise and commercial revenue to our growing publisher base of boutique UK based publishers and medium sized US networks.I played a key role in the restructuring and enhancement of many of our systems and processes, including the roll out of our programmatic offering, which kept us at the leading edge of new products and trading methods within the market. Simultaneously I was also responsible for the design, creation and distribution of several custom premium display solutions. such as our popular High Impact Takeover and Video Wall products, which served to protect direct sales revenue into the business at a time where standard IAB formats became increasingly commoditized through the rise of programmatic adoption.
