• Taking/handing over buildings, preparing and pricing snag lists• Dealings with clients such as: ADCP, MPM, FGP, Lulu Group, AD COOP and Landlord Buildings.• Preparing tenders, quotations, BOQ related to Facilities Management• Prepare comparisons between suppliers quotations inline with company cost code and budget.• Maintaining and follow up with ADCP vendor cafe system.• Maintaining MEP, Civil and General Maintenance Projects.• Execution of plans, co-ordinate daily basis activities, Manpower management.• Expert in HVAC System – FCU, AHU, FAHU, VRF etc.• Checking, preparing clearance reports in associated with ADCP Projects (Flats/Shops).• Review building service electrical specification, design drawings and shop drawing.• Estimation of material requirement as per approved shop drawing followed by project specifications• Firefighting system / sprinkler system with Jockey pump, main electric pump, diesel engine driven pump• Assist in building hand over procedure including carry out snagging as per authorities rules and regulations• Coordinate with management and subcontractors for specialist services, reviews inventory and initiates purchase requests as appropriate.• Timely reporting of breakdown activities related to specialist equipment's (Chillers, Fire Fighting/ Fire Alarm, Circuit breakers, BMS, lifts, cradle, gate barrier, CCTV, generator, etc.) to concerned contractor and ensuring completion of repair works with sequence of follow ups ( like getting quotes, making negotiations, requesting technical reports, issuing Work Order, Timelyscheduling etc.)• Maintaining the documentation to the full proof of our activities Including supporting documents & correspondences.• Develop and maintain strong and supportive relationships with clients, service providers and third-parties.
