Duties & Responsibilities• Designing and implementing plans for staff Recruitment & Selection.• Assess and evaluate candidates.• Planned and conducted staff orientation.• Scheduled staff training.• Manage and update ESSL time track software (Attendance capturing software) database and time track machine. (Face System, Fingerprint & RFID)• Enroll employees in ESIC & PF.• Being a part of payroll team for salary processing.• Estimate the taxable income based on the salary income and investment. (with the help of company CA professionals) • Manage Job portal. (Job Opening Addition, Department and Position mapping, etc.)• Being a part at the time of implementing HRM Software. (Manage and update HR database, Salary processing, Reports Checking, Provide training to Others, etc.)
