• Reviews engineering aspects of construction projects and check conformity as per project contract specifications and performance standards; • Reviews project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; validate cost and material estimates when necessary; • Conduct Reconnaissance and other land surveys, prepare necessary documents / computations, check detailed plans for construction projects as needed;• Verifies project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating manpower, equipment & time requirements; checks sequencing project elements ( Scheduling);• Prepare weekly work schedule, materials, equipment, manpower requirement / requisitions, and submit to Project Manager for approval; • Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests; • Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions; • Helps control project costs by reviewing actual expenditures made and succeeding anticipated costs; • Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends when required by management; recommends actions to management;• Prepares schedule and actual accomplishment of a project;• Controls and monitors the actual delivery and withdrawal of materials at job site.• Communicates with Area Manager regarding status and problems encountered on the project• Liquidates cash expenses appropriately and on time;• Motivates and instills discipline in personnel in project sites. • Helps maintain company reputation by complying with government and customer policies and regulations; • Ensure that site Safety & Health program shall be observed during and after work within the premises. • Performs other administrative and related tasks that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

 Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project ensuring all resources (time, money, equipment, etc) are determined to complete a project as well as ensure its completion on time. Oversee construction projects from beginning to end Manage the budget and estimate costs. Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed  Keep track of inventory, tools and equipment  Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule Prepare daily and weekly reports regarding job status  Resolve any problems that may arise Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Evaluate risks Deploys and supervises manpower on the project sites  Attend daily meetings with contractors and sub-contractors Conduct daily toolbox meeting Train and mentor construction workers and construction laborers depending on the size of the project Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team Plan construction operations Ensure all deadlines are met  Delegate responsibilities Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards

Conducts sampling and testing and issuance of certificates for various construction materials.

 Collects and analyzes data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand Conducts outbound calls to perform online surveys on different states in United States of America  To reach daily and monthly quota. To perform quality surveys without bias
