I'm heading the unit within the CFO organization where I'm reporting to our CFO. The purpose of the unit is to ensure we have a fit for purpose and cost-effective system portfolio for all the CFO IT assets, short term but also long term. This we aim to address by driving a Financial ERP program that will catalyze the transformation of the system landscape as well as business processes. I addition, the unit is the owner of If's Agile Operating Model, currently employing 1100+ employees in cross functional teams developing our business.

I'm leading the If Corporate Strategy unit which is overall responsible for the If Strategic Framework and strategy process. We focus on driving initiatives and projects on behalf of the CEO, CFO or Group Management, typically across the organization with the purpose of aligning direction towards our strategic goals and vision.

I’m heading "Private and Commercial Engineering", a unit supporting If’s 2 largest Business Areas (Private and Commercial) with responsibilities for IT strategy, architecture and planning as well as development, maintenance and operations of our systems/solutions. The unit has approx. 500 FTEs as well as outsourced services and is responsible for a total IT budget of 1,6 Billon SEK, 80% of If's total it costs. I’m also a member in the BA Private mgmt. team (26 BSEK revenues) as well as If IT Mgmt.

Overall responsible for IT within Business Area Private and an IT cost budget above 1 BSEK (100 MEUR).I am managing a unit primarily responsible for IT strategy, application development and maintenance within various fields such as claims, reporting and analytics, digital development, etc. I am a member of the BA's mgmt team (a business with premium portfolio/revenue of approx. 25 BSEK) as well as being a member in If's Group IT mgmt team.In addition to the BA specific role, I also work with / lead various assignments on behalf of If Group IT. Examples are IT sourcing, IT strategy, IT outsourcing, etc.

Founder and Sponsoring If Tech Lab. The Lab is a cross Business Area unit focusing on catalysing and accelerating If's ability to explore and utilise new technologies. The unit is primarily working with:- proof of concept development (to be handed over to "the line")- market analysis in the technology space- thought leadership

Examples are IT sourcing strategy, IT outsourcing as well as leading an internal transformation of the If IT organization.

In addition to my role as Head of IT BA Industrial, I have also taken over the manager role for the If IT Core unit.The IT Core unit is responsible for maintenance and development of all core legacy insurance systems (primarily Mainframe oriented). The system portfolio consist of outsourced and in-house maintained systems. The majority of the portfolio is however maintained internally by 100+ employees in the Nordics with a cost budget of approximately 250 MSEK.
