• Maintain relations with distributors/vendors/suppliers and managing them by negotiating cost prices, agreeing timescales and delivery dates and completing the necessary paperwork.
• Analysing every aspect of bestsellers and ensuring that they reach their full potential.

• Developing and execute marketing plan.
• Developing product pricing and positioning strategies by monitoring and analyzing performance product due to market competition.

• Analyzing every aspect of best seller, monitoring slow sellers and taking action to set promotions as necessary.
