I have worked at Transtel's operational division as well as the commercial divisions. Within the operational division, I have worked with Activity Based Costing model and to analyse the cost of service offering. Within the commercial division, I worked with various divisions in order to align resources to the customer.As part of working at Transtel, I initiated the creation of a pre-sales division within the organisation and headed it up for three months before high focus on the division was generated and an Executive was appointed to head it up.Within the period I worked, I have worked in various documentation including strategic map for the satellite division as well as sales proposals to customer integrating the capabilities of the organisation.During this period, I was also involved in managing personnel in both guiding them.
