As a Platform Engineer II at InSource, Inc., I work with various clients to repair, maintain, or expand their ServiceNow capabilities. I have customized Incident, Change, and Request forms, developed custom flows to ingest and route Incidents, and created Custom Service Requests with automated routing and notification. I have also updated and simplified Business Rules, Client Scripts, Email Actions, and Notification Templates, and reviewed and updated CI discovery sources. In addition to my ServiceNow expertise, I have a strong background in information technology and avionics maintenance, thanks to my education and military service. I have earned three Associate's degrees in Avionics Maintenance Technology, Information Technology, and Industrial Electronics Technology from different colleges. I have also served in the Air National Guard as a Client Systems Administrator and in the Air Force as an Avionics Technician and a Security Manager. As an Avionics Tech, I performed troubleshooting and maintenance on F-16 flight, navigation, fire control components and related test equipment. As a Security manager I performed initial clearance reviews and member in processing. I also conducted security inspections, ensuring handling compliance of classified information and systems.I am passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and excellent customer service to my clients, using my skills in ServiceNow administration, task automation, aircraft systems, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and logistics management.
